Congratulations, to Mr. Mark Milless (newly appointed 
Board member), and to Mrs. Monica Hatfield Price (who
 has served the district for approximately 2 ½ years). 
Both members were sworn in at the Bloom Carroll 
Local School District, January 11, 2012, Organizational 
Meeting,  and will serve the district and community for 
the next 4 years. 

Mr. Allen, has served the district for 12 years; 
Mrs. Chapman and Mr. Fowler for 2 years.
