The Plant Science class is trying out their "green thumbs" by growing lettuce and tomato plants hydroponically. Hydroponics is a method of growing plants through soil-less media, in this case fertilized water. The class checks on their plants daily by ensuring the amount of nutrients is stable along with testing pH levels. We hope to harvest our crop by the middle of May!
